Pre-Construction Design & Planning
We have full design capability for all types of commercial and residential construction projects. This phase includes constant monitoring and interaction. From the early stages of conceptual space planning and 3D color renderings to the final permit issue construction documents, we coordinate all types of project design including site selection, construction estimating, surveying, permitting, landscape design, structural engineering, finish selections, HVAC & plumbing
fire protection, electrical & lighting.
Construction Management
During this phase, the preliminary project budget is established, drawings are reviewed for completeness and accuracy, and if necessary, alternative design solutions may be offered. We then construct the project on the client's behalf in the fastest, most efficient way possible. You can trust us with your construction management needs. From sequence to production and quality control, we stay focused on the goal.
Post-Construction
The last step in any build. This phase includes site cleanup, systems training where applicable, final inspections and move-in coordination. After completion, we have a final walkthrough to ensure
your complete satisfaction.
