What We Do
Pre-Construction Design & Planning
We have full design capability for all types of commercial and residential construction projects. During this phase, we work closely with the client, architect and engineer to define the project scope, budget, and schedule. We work seamlessly to develop preliminary drawings, perform feasibility studies, evaluate materials and systems, and identify potential cost-saving opportunities. This integrated approach ensures that design decisions are informed by real-time construction insights, reducing risks and costly changes later in the process. The preconstruction design phase ultimately establishes a clear, coordinated roadmap that aligns the client’s vision with practical, efficient, and buildable solutions.
From the early stages of conceptual space planning and 3D color renderings to the final permit issue construction documents, we coordinate all types of pre-construction phases including site selection, project design, construction estimating, surveying, permitting, landscape design, structural engineering, finish selections, HVAC & plumbing, fire protection, electrical & lighting.
Construction Management
During the construction management phase, we coordinate all aspects of the construction project, including scheduling, procurement of materials, subcontractor management, and on-site supervision to ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards. We work closely with all teams to monitor progress, manage budgets, and proactively address any changes or unforeseen challenges to keep the project on track. Continuous communication between the design team, field personnel, and the client ensure that the vision established during pre-construction is realized efficiently and accurately, culminating in a successful, timely, and cost-effective project delivery.
Post-Construction
The last step in any build. This phase includes site cleanup, conducting final inspections, completing punch list items, and verifying that all systems and finishes meet quality standards and design specifications. We also provide comprehensive closeout documentation, including warranties and maintenance manuals to support the client’s ongoing operations. In addition, we may facilitate training sessions as needed for any equipment installations for clients or staff. We ensure all necessary permits and certifications are finalized. This phase concludes with a formal project handover and client walk-through, ensuring full satisfaction and confirming that the completed project meets or exceeds expectations.
